The Kids First Data Resource Portal can be accessed by visiting portal.kidsfirstdrc.org. You will be asked to log in with your Kids First account. If this is your first time on the Portal and do not already have an account, you can create a Kids First account using one of three platforms.

Sign in with Google (Recommended Method)
This method requires using either a Gmail or other Google-enabled email address, such as one that may be affiliated with a university or organization.
If your organization does not use Google and you do not wish to use a personal address, you can register existing email addresses with Google here. Be sure to select the option to "Use my current email address instead."
Log in with ORCID
To create an account using ORCID, first make sure that the Kids First DRP can view your ORCID. To do this, navigate to **https://orcid.org/account** and then click the button to Edit next to "Email and Notification Preferences". In line with your email address, make sure that the selection is highlighted for Everyone or Trusted Parties.
Once this is completed, navigate back to the portal sign-up page, and follow the prompts to sign up with your ORCID.
Adjust your Account Settings within ORCID in order to enable it to be able to communicate with the Kids First Platform.
Once you have authorized the settings within ORCID, return to the Kids First Portal, select it from the list, and follow the prompts on screen.
When you first log in, you will be brought to the Kids First Dashboard, highlighting studies in our database, studies you have access to, and a list of your Cavatica projects.
You can review the profiles of other users in the Members section, located at the top of the screen. Before you begin using the site, build your own profile to be able to connect with other users in the community.
Once you’ve registered an account on the Kids First Data Resource Portal, navigate to My Profile to customize your User Profile! There, you can opt to make your profile searchable to other users, giving you the opportunity to seek out and connect with investigators, clinicians, and other community members who share similar research interests. You can also share your background, list contact information, and even link social accounts like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, or Github!
You can also upload a profile picture to accompany your user account. Profile images are integrated with the global online picture platform, Gravatar. To edit your profile image:
